Orders & Personalization

All personalized orders should be reviewed carefully before submission. Please verify spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and design selections, as personalized items are made based on the information you provide.

Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

Production & Shipping

Production times vary depending on the item and order volume. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in your personalization.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve it.

All designs, images, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of The Embroidery Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
